Visa/Invitation letter
If you require a formal invitation letter for your institution and/or for VISA requests, please send an e-mail request to info@upec2008.org, including the following information
Abstract CN: Surname: Name: Position(*): Date/Place of birth: Nationality: Passport No.: Date/Place of issue: Date of expiry: Address: (*) Please state here your position (prof., assistant, researcher, PhD student,...). For PhD students, it is required to attach a letter from your institution stating the student status and that the institution will cover your conference registration fees.
A formal invitation letter will be sent straight after submission and acceptance of the full paper.
